You can do more things that what was even listed here. Each and every person is different in their own ways so everyone will have different things to do to help the relieve stress. The main thing is that everyone at least has a way to relieve their stress.

Yes, sometime some people do work better under a stressful situation or with a little bit of stress in their lives but with lots of stress it can hurt you in many ways.
